Behat steps for testing download

    Description

      quen has made some basic steps for testing download in Behat scripts. I am going to make them a bit more generic and then submit them for integration to Moodle core.

      Once I have renamed them, they will be

      • Then following "XXX" should download "YY" bytes
      • Then following "XXX" should download between "YY" and "ZZ" bytes
