      1. Create a course in single activity format with "File" as an activity type, enrol a student
      2. Add a file
      3. Make sure both teacher and student can access the file by clicking on the course name from the front page or a course list
      4. Try to change the file display types to all possible values
      5. Every time make sure it is displayed for the student correctly and for teacher it is always displayed on a page with administration block

    Description

      This problem is basically the same as MDL-42577, but relates to Files.

      To recreate, all as admin:
      Create a Single activity formatted course based on a File activity.
      Add a file.
      Set the Display setting to "Open" or "Download".
      Go to the available course page.
      Click on the link to the course. The file will open or download. You will not be taken to a page where you can edit the file or course.
