Getting the following error when restoring common cartridge:

Fatal Error in [tempdir]/backup/f701e5e64b34a47235eb8ce084c2eefc/moodle.xml: xmlParseEntityRef: no name

In addition, once you get past that error, you run into another about closing an unopened XML tag when restoring a quiz that has no questions.
