Gradebook with Safari in RTL and lots of grade items is broken

      This needs testing in:

      1. Safari; and
      2. At least one other browser.
        And:
      3. An LTR language; and
      4. An RTL language.
        Using the clean theme.

      2.6 and 2.7 only. Master does not suffer this issue.

      1. Create a new course using the test course generator. Go for a Medium.
      2. View it's gradebook
        • Confirm that you can scroll left/right
