Top page header disappears on touch devices when editing a text box

Reproduction steps:

1. Use a touch device that is big enough to have the floating bootstrap header (e.g. tablet)
2. Scroll down so the header begins to float at the top of the screen
3. Click to edit any text box
4. The header disappears
