Right now the nightly server is running oracle unit tests on master in 42.67 hours.

On MOODLE_27_STABLE they are taking 3.76 hours.

Neither are ideal numbers, but that scale of difference is clearly some sort of bug. On tests we did on 2.7.0 we had them running under 2 hours.

Someone needs to profile/git bisect and work out whats going on. I'm pretty sure you can see the difference with a tiny tiny testcase with one or two resets.
