Suggestions:

1. Show the counts of the items in each of the "Configured", "Pending", "Accepted" and "Rejected" tabs. BTW I do not like that they show a random set of content before being turned into something else once the javascript loads.

2. When the Tool registration process completes and it creates the proxies - take me straight to the pending external tool types page so I can approve them. This extra step is not obvious.

3. I think that the help for the Capabilities and Services on the External Tool Registration page need a lot of work. If they need to be there at all, they should have english strings for each capability/service.
