Create link between rules page and subscription page

Log in as an admin. Go to My profile settings ► Event monitoring. Check that the "You can manage rules from Event monitoring rules page." link is shown. Click the link. You should be taken to "Site administration ► Reports ► Event monitoring rules" . Check that the "You can subscribe to rules from the Event monitoring page." link is shown Click the link. You should be taken back to "My profile settings ► Event monitoring" Select a course in the "Select a course" dropdown. Click the "You can manage rules from Event monitoring rules page." link. You should be taken to your courses rules page. The breadcrumbs should be something like: "Courses ► Miscellaneous ► Course123 ► Reports ► Event monitoring rules" Click the "You can manage rules from Event monitoring rules page." link. You should be taken back to "My profile settings ► Event monitoring" and the course should still be selected . Log in as a student Go to My profile settings ► Event monitoring. Check that the "You can manage rules from Event monitoring rules page." link is not shown.
