The hover effect on the user report and setup page is not ideal

      Check for these:

      1. The aggregation type next to a category is aligned with the icon on the setup screen and is not italic
      2. On the setup screen, the category titles are aligned with the content of the other columns
      3. There is no more hover effect on both the user report and the set up screen

      Description

      When you hover a category, only a part of it is highlighted, not the category total. This was already the case in previous versions.

      However, now that we have a new look of those tables, and that the categories are already visually identified, I suggest that we remove the hover effect. I had a brief look at making it work, but I don't think this is possible without JavaScript.

      This affects both the user report and the setup screen.
