Yes / No buttons not displayed in Subscribed column on forum index page

      1. Add the activities block to a course
      2. Create several forums, including some with types:
        1. Standard Auto
        2. Standard Subscription disabled
        3. Standard Force
        4. Standard Optional
        5. Single Simple Discussion Auto
        6. Single Simple Discussion Disabled
        7. Single Simple Discussion Force
        8. Single Simple Discussion Optional
      3. Login as a student
      4. View the course and click on 'forums' in the activities block
        • Confirm that you are able to subscribe and unsubscribe from all of the forums except for those which have have subscription forced or disabled

      On the forum index page for a course e.g. http://qa.moodle.net/mod/forum/index.php?id=2 the Yes / No buttons in the Subscribed column under General forums are no longer displayed. They are displayed fine under Learning forums. If you turn editing on and move a forum into the General section then it is shown on the forum index page with no Yes / No button.
