    Description

Whenever a theme is added and validation of that new install takes place the DEBUG message when lang/en/theme_themename.php is found shows a hardcoded 'foundlangfile' which spoils the look of the list. Surely this should be a $string then the caption would say 'Found lang file'.

MDL-46253 was raised as it was reported that the DEBUG was wrong and that it should be OK if it was correct.
