View a forum with some threads in it and in optional or automatic subscription mode

Viewing the thread list, confirm:

The subscription column is shown without text

Toggling the subscription column does not cause text to be shown

Viewing a specific discussion, confirm:

The subscription info (top-right under discussion name) is shown with text

Toggling the subscription state does causes the text to update accordingly

Dan raised some issues after closure of ~~MDL-46215~~ to do with the icon and link styling. Need to check these.
Changes made:

The text is now also a link
The text when Unsubscribed chnages from "Not subscribed" to the action "Subscribe". When Subscribed to the discussion it is still "Subscribed"
