Improve video upload by drag and drop - to allow options on how to play video

I've also posted an item here https://tracker.moodle.org/browse/MDL-46762 about the size of the video.
I wonder if there is a possibility to also have some options around how videos play, maybe an option of embed or in popup.

If it is a popup. to take the size from the video.
If it is embed, to allow some other options than just centred.

The aim: when we drag and drop a video onto a section to get it nicely displayed and in the right place.
