Open Atto

Insert image click on image

verify it is selected

click image button, dheck filename is displayed

doubleclick and verify dialogue is opened again as before without button

click image and then the link button

enter url and verify it is placed around image.

on master branch verity that drag and drop image still works as expected ~~MDL-43996~~

Does not seem to work with Chrome, latest version on QA. Other functionality does not seem really to be intuitive. (ie like the old editor)

It really needs functionality like this:
(1) Click image (select) and (2) click Link icon . . .
