HTML 5 video: Firefox now supports .mp4

      1. In server settings, go to Appearance / Media embedding and turn OFF the following options:

      • The legacy players
      • MP3 audio (this uses the Flash player)

      2. Restore the attached backup file.
      3. View the Page within this course in (a) a recent Firefox browser, and (b) a recent Chrome browser (just to verify it didn't break for existing ones).

      EXPECTED: The video and audio files should display using HTML5 players on both browsers.
      BEFORE THIS FIX: The video and audio files showed as links on Firefox.

      We have code that prevents the HTML5 video player working in Firefox for .mp4 (and audio for .mp3). However, these are actually supported in recent versions of Firefox (27+) on pretty much all platforms.

      I don't have Opera installed but the documentation I did find suggests that Opera still doesn't support them.
