Apologies, this is going to be a bit fiddly to test. We need to ideally have IMAP testing somehow.

      1. Setup message_inbound and enable the inbound file processor
      2. Login and navigate to private files - copy the address
Test that standard messages are fine
      1. Send an e-mail to the e-mail address listed - it doesn't have to contain any content
      2. Run the pickup task
        • Confirm that the message was processed correctly (though no attachments will have been found
      Check each of the headers.

You will need some way to edit your mail headers. I use HeaderToolsLite for Thunderbird.

      1. Send X messages to your inbound file address
      2. Edit each of them in the inbox and for each message, add the following:
        1. Message 1

          X-Autoreply: yes

        2. Message 2

          X-Autoreply: no

        3. Message 3

          X-Autoreply: x

        4. Message 4

          X-Autorespond: yes

        5. Message 5

          X-Autorespond: no

        6. Message 6

          X-Autorespond: x

        7. Message 7

          Auto-Submitted: auto-replied

        8. Message 8

          Auto-Submitted: no

        9. Message 9

          Auto-Submitted: x

        10. Message 10

          Precedence: bulk

        11. Message 11

          Precedence: fiddlesticks

      3. Run the fetch task.
        • Confirm that the following were let through:
        1. Message 2
        2. Message 5
        3. Message 8
