Gradebook single view column tooltip contains {$a}

      Description

      In Moodle 2.8,

      On mousing over the Single View icon in a gradebook column, the tool tip says "Single view for {$a}". {$a} is normally a placeholder for variable data in a language string.

      This is for a course total column in a course which has no grades yet.
