      Description

This has been discovered by Lukáš Mižoch and reported in Czech community forum at https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=274786

When scrolling the Grader report horizontally, the column with student names should be always visible (similar to freezing panes in Excel). But it seems to work only if the column with student emails is displayed there. I was able to reproduce it at http://qa.moodle.net/course/view.php?id=7

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Go to Site administration / Users / Permissions / User policies
      2. Modify the "Show user identity" ($CFG->showuseridentity) fields so that the "Email address" is not checked
      3. Go to a Grader report that is big enough to need horizontal scrolling

      Expected behaviour

The first column is always visible regardless the identity fields setup.

      Actual behaviour:

The first column keeps displayed only when the e-mail is displayed.
