Comments block textarea should be wider

      1. Log in as an admin
      2. Add the comments block
      3. Check the textarea is a full width and not weirdly positioned.
      4. Change to the base theme and re-check

      The comments block textarea looks weird in that its width is limited.
      Check out the attached screenshot to see what I mean.
