YUI generated class 'hidepanelicon' not styled because of a typo

      1. Using Clean theme dock a block.
      2. Select the docked block so that the docked panel opens outwards onto the page.
      3. Verify that when the 'hide panel icon' which is a small x icon is hovered over the cursor changes to a 'hand'.
      4. Click on the icon and the panel should close.
      5. Test as above using Canvas theme.

    Description

      The class selector 'hidepanelicon' is a YUI generated class which is added correctly to docked blocks, but is not styled by either bootstrapbase or base theme because of a typo 'hidepanemicon'.
