Subscribe/unsubscribe to/from discussions from email not working

      1. Create a new auto subscription forum
      2. Create a post within the forum
      3. Log out
      4. Run cron and check your e-mail
      5. Read the e-mail and look at the links at the bottom
      6. Click on the 'Unsubscribe from this discussion' link
        • Confirm that you are taken to the login page
      7. Login as the user who received the e-mail
        • Confirm that you are asked to confirm your request to unsubscribe
      8. Choose to unsubscribe
        • Confirm that you are unsubscribed from the discussion
      9. Logout
      10. Read the e-mail and look at the links at the bottom
      11. Click on the 'Unsubscribe from this forum' link
        • Confirm that you are taken to the login page
      12. Login as the user who received the e-mail
        • Confirm that you are asked to confirm your request to unsubscribe
      13. Choose to unsubscribe
        • Confirm that you are unsubscribed from the forum
      14. View the discussion in Moodle
        • Confirm that the navigation has a link to subscribe to the discussion
      15. Click it
        • Confirm you were subscribed
        • Confirm that the navigation has a link to unsubscribe from the discussion
      16. Click it
        • Confirm you were unsubscribed

      Description

      I just saw the new "Unsubscribe from this discussion" link in mails I tried it.

      It opened in the browsers like https://moodle.org/mod/forum/subscribe.php?id=XXX&d=YYY

      And then I got a confirmation message (missing any discussion reference):

      "Do you really want to unsubscribe from forum 'General developer forum'?"

      I proceeded, just in case, and became unsubscribed from the forum, not from the discussion.

      It seems the same happens in the opposite situation, and when you are interested into becoming subscribed to a discussion you end subscribed to the whole forum (if you were not).
