Some sites have renamed their 'ICQ number', 'Skype ID' and other fields to mean something else on the user's profile screen.

These fields now include a link that will take you to Skype, Yahoo and so on

Can Moodle introduce a settings option to turn these links on and off.

Now if a site decides to change the "Skype ID" field to "Shoe size" there wont be a link trying to take them a Skype call.
