Testing Instructions:
1. Create an offline assignment with a due date & cut off date
2. View the assignment grading table
3. Ensure the 'Grant extension' option appears in the edit menu for an individual student

Description

The edit menu currently does not allow a teacher to grant an extension for an offline assignment (although this is available in the gradingbatchoperations form. This change adds the Grant extension option to the edit menu for consistency.
