      Description

We have a recurring issue with Moodle, that we are asked to find out if a user did something, and the logs are insufficiently detailed or comprehensive enough to be able to answer the query.

For instance we are trying to work out how some users came to be in a group in a course.

The /group/members.php page does not have an add_to_log() function that records the page being viewed or interacted with.
