Go to the Capability overview menu (Admin / Users / Permissions / Capability overview)

Generate a report with all permissions and all roles

Scroll down on the screen and ensure that the menu sticks to the top of the screen

Scroll horizontally and check whether the header sticks with the table.

Description

When displaying a huge amount of roles and / or capabilities, the table on /admin/tool/capability/ gets pretty unclear. When the page gets very long, you can't tell which column means which role.

I would like to propose to add intermediate headings every 20 to 40 rows which repeat the role names. This way, we could see which column means which role without scrolling back to the top.
