Improve view count in report_outline

The overview page of report_outline (/report/outline/) shows a view count for every activity or resource in a course.

However, the view count counts every single access to the activity / resource, even if it was made by the same person. So, in large courses with many students and / or expected multiple access to a resource by a single student, a teacher can't tell how many students have accessed the resource at least once and how many students haven't access the resource at all. This information might be crucial for teachers.

I would like to propose to change the view count in report_outline from

to

Views: Total 7 from 3 individual students
