Testing Instructions:
1. Visit 'Site administration' > 'Appearance' > 'Themes' > 'More'.
2. Click on one of the labels and ensure the focus is set to the text input field.

All input fields should have a label associated with them so that people using screen readers know what they are for. Admin colour pickers do not
