Test the cibot features when evaluating an additional plugin

As discussed with Eloy, we would like to use the existing integration setup and tools for generating cibot reports for contributed plugins, too.

In this issue, I will prepare a branch with recent Moodle code and the plugin added and will let the cibot execute all the checks. If we are happy with the results, we can further research options for feeding the cibot with the code and fetching the report data back.
