      1. disable forceloginforprofiles
      2. login as a student, go to your course participants
      3. click on another student's name
      4. click on the link "Full proifle", make sure both link and profile are accessible

    Description

      When looking at MDL-27177 I noticed that if $CFG->forceloginforprofiles is disabled the link to full profile is not shown in the course profile.
      This does not solve MDL-27177 so I created another issue
