Found when trying to write behats for MDL-35392.

Upon getting to the step where you select an assignment to alter the workflow of, you hit GO and a browser specific modal opens up which cannot be dismissed using javascript.

The test errors out and you cannot proceed. Would be great to change this modal to a JS dialog so we can confirm and continue and test it by writing behats for MDL-35392.
