Behat back-end function upload_file_to_filemanager should accept absolute paths

      1. Run all the behat tests to verify that this does not cause regressions. (Well, check the CI server has done that.)

      Also, it should give a clear exception if the requested file does not exist. Currently it fails in a very cryptic way.
