Back-port a useful step from MDL-43835

      MDL-43835 was a huge (good) change, but burried in there were some other useful small Behat improvements, like

      And I set the field with xpath "//*[@class='editor_atto_content']" to "Answer to the third question"

      I need that step to test https://github.com/timhunt/moodle-quizaccess_offlinemode, and I want those tests to work in 2.7, so this issue is to back-port commit https://github.com/moodle/moodle/commit/6c396b6bb4fa6f97f61c095ef86e4a34495ec5d1.
