      Create an assignment allowing file submissions
      Submit a PDF file as a student
      As a teacher go to the grading table.
      Enable the "needs grading" filter
      Click on the grade link for the students submission
      DO NOT ENTER A GRADE - use the browser back button to go back to the grading table
      reload the page
      verify the submission is still listed as "needs grading"

    Description

      When a teacher wants to filter the submissions for an assignment within the grading overview (mod/assign/view.php?id=<ASSIGNMENT-ID>&action=grading), the filters do their jobs not properly enough.

      When I want to filter the submissions for 'not submitted' the result shows some submitted submissions though. And these submitted submissions are however missing in the 'submitted' filter view.
