Visit a course that has at least one student enrolled. Create an assignment with 'Use marking workflow' set to 'Yes'. Click to view the assignment. Click on 'View/grade all submissions'. Enable quick grading. Set some feedback for a student under the 'Feedback comments' column. Log in as the student you added feedback for. Click to view the course. Visit 'Course administration' > 'Grades'. As the student view the user report again and check that the comment is not present. As a teacher go back to the quick grading screen and set the 'Status' for the student you previously set the feedback for to 'Released'. As the student view the user report again and check that the comment is present. As a teacher go back to the quick grading screen and set the 'Status' for the student you previously set the feedback to something other than 'Released'. As the student view the user report again and check that the comment is not present.
