Goto Site admin>Grades>General settings> Set "Navigation method" to "Tabs & Dropdown menu" or "Tabs".

Go into a course

Got to Course admin > Grades and confirm that the selected tab in the second row is not disabled and has the selected html attached to it (For comparison have a look inside a database activity within a course, or check the images attached to this issue)

Currently the selected tab in the second row is disabled and does not have the arch over the top (as the top row does)

When the grades report is set to use tabs instead of a dropdown, the second line of tabs does not use the styles that it should.

Replication instructions:

Go to Site admin>Grades>General settings> Set "Navigation method" to "Tabs & Dropdown menu" or "Tabs only"
Go into a course.
Go to Course admin > grades

The second row of tabs don't use the styles that are used elsewhere
