You need a student account with a mail account you can check

Create a lesson with at least an essay question

Attempt the lesson as a student answering something to the essay question and go to the end of lesson page

As a teacher go to the Grade essays lesson tab or menu and grade the student essay answer. put something in the "Your comments" field and set "Essay score", click on "save changes"

Click on Email graded essays

Check that the student has received a mail a that the mail subject don't include the question page's name but that the body include the lesson name and that HTML formatting is correct with no blockquote tags

The page title for an essay question page is not displayed to the student when he attempt the question (as for any question page) and I think this is right.
But this title is included in the email subject when the teacher email graded essays.
I think this is bad

this title can't serve as a reference to the student because he never saw it before!
this title can include informations the teacher don't want to disclose to the student (specially if the question was imported from the question bank as the question name is imported for the question page title)

I think we should move to a message subject not including the title.
