Install a new Moodle (navshowcategories will be Enabled)

Create a new course

Enrol a student in the course

Once you are in the course, as admin (not enrolled), ensure that the breadcrumb does NOT contain the category name

Login as the student and go to the course

Make sure that the breadcrumb does NOT contain the category name

Add a new category to the site

Make sure both users see the category in the breadcrumb as they visit the course
