Group Overview - Add "Description" label to the description text displayed on hover

      1. Test in Boost and Clean.
      2. Go to a course.
      3. Go to Course Administration → Users → Groups and add a Group having a Group name, and a description. Save.
      4. Go to Course Administration → Users → Groups, and to the Overview tab
      5. Hover over a group name
      6. Confirm the hovered description is preceeded by Description:

      In a course there are several groups. You can get an overview over those. When hovered over a group name, then the group description is displayed (see screenshot group_overview_hover).

      However there is no label like 'description' displayed.
