Allow resizing of single view feedback textboxes

In Moodle 2.8, I notice in the Single user view, that the Feedback textbox is not resizable, like the feedback textbox in the Assignments grading tool.

I am proposing to change this textbox to be resizable, so that it is easy to both see, and enter more than one line of feedback.
