To reproduce:
- Log in to Moodle and stay on the home page
- Click on the search box on the admin block
- Press shift + tab to tab back to the "Site administration" nav item
- Press return
The arrow next to the menu item turns to a down arrow, but the contents aren't loaded. In addition, the ajax loading won't now happen if we go back to using the mouse.
I would expect to be able to tab to "Site administration" and select it, and have the contents load by ajax as when clicked.
The same behaviour is observed on Firefox 35.0.1 and Chrome 40.0.2214.111 on Windows.
