      Resurgence of MDL-37895 assignment issue reported in v2.4.1 recurring in Moodle 2.8.1+ (Build: 20141224)

      Student does not submit files or comments, but a "last modified (submission)" timestamp appears. The Grading Summary view for the instructor shows that there is still 1 submission in need of grading, when this is not actually the case.
