Create, update, and delete a content page and each type of question page in a lesson activity. Make sure each event appears in the logs and the links to the events contexts make sense.

Add events for to the lesson module for the following:

1. Adding a page (both content and question).
2. Updating a page (both content and question).
3. Deleting a content page (both content and question)
