Patch for MDL-18319 Custom Metadata fields for Courses

      Hi,
      I have created a patch that allows users to create and add custom metadata fields to courses.
      This is logged as a feature request, MDL-18319 on Jira (http://tracker.moodle.org/browse/MDL-18319). The code has been tested with MOODLE 2.2 and a path (diff) has also been attached to JIRA.

      As per developer guidelines, I have also created a separate git repository at: https://github.com/sanket-sharma/moodle-course_custom_metadata

      The patch adds a new menu item under Site Administration -> Courses called "Custom Fields" that allow user to define their own custom metdata fields for courses. This page is similar to custom user fields and is built using the same principles and database schema.
