Numbers cut off in wiki using Clean theme with Chrome/IE

      Please Note: Since the ordered list (ol) is global in the way it can be displayed on any page, therefore the problem in this issue is too and not just restricted to the wiki pages, as it affects all the pages where an ordered list can be added.

      1. Select either Clean or More theme.
      2. With editing ON create a Wiki page and copy/paste the contents of the attached lorumipsum-500.txt into it. Then save and display the page. Turn editing OFF.
      3. Using Chrome verify that all the content list numbers can be see,
      4. Test in IE11, Firefox and Safari and Opera.

      Description

      As noticed by Samantha Gartner in the Learn Moodle MOOC, when numbered lists are made in the wiki numbers above 10 seem to be cut off. Screenshot attached
