      Description

HTML provides a spellcheck='false' attribute, to request that web browsers do not spell-check certain input boxes.

In quiz questions, sometimes spelling is what is being assessed. At other times it is not, and it is reasonable that the browser's spell check is available to help students formulate their response.

Therefore, we should add an option to the short-answer question type, to let the teacher specify whether we add spellcheck='false' to the input field.
