ratingarea is a mandatory parameter for the get_all_ratings_for_item function so it must be declared as required

Reproduction steps:

Try to retrieve the ratings for an item just using the mandatory parameters, you will see this error:
The ratingarea option is now a required option when getting ratings for an item.
