Testing Instructions:
1. Create a new script and require ./config.php and ./message/lib.php
2. Call message_current_user_is_involved()
3. Ensure there are no php fatal errors stating that an undefined function was called

message_current_user_is_involved() should be deprecated as it is no longer used

will be (partly) resolved by

MDL-49290 Remove message_current_user_is_involved()
