Add competencies from different frameworks to a course

Backup the course

Delete some of those competencies from their framework

Restore the course as a new course

Confirm that the course competencies were restored (excluding the missing ones)

Restore the course in a new course, and enable 'Override the course configuration'

Confirm that the course competencies were restored (excluding the missing ones)

Backup a course without competencies

Restore that backup and confirm that there are no errors
