In a SCORM 2004 course, when setting adl.nav.request.continue to go the next SCO, the Terminate method has to be called in order to open the next SCO. Leading the next SCO to Initialize a Terminated API that trigger an error 104 : Content Instance Terminated.

Current workaround is to set the Terminated variable to false and tell the SCO to ignore the 103 error.
