      Description

      While testing MDL-48897 several inconsistencies were found

      1. When editing an "End of cluster" Page, the field group is titled "Create a question page".
      2. When editing a question page, the title is also "Create a question page" but we're editing
      3. When we're editing a lesson, the breadcrumb becomes:
        [Course] -> [Section] -> [Lesson name] -> Edit -> Collapsed -> Edit
